April 23rd is the World Book Day, in order to further promote the reading of the whole people, carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and build a scholarly Lingqiu, on the morning of the same day, our county held a recitation of Chinese classics in front of the county cultural center. The relevant persons in charge of the Propaganda Department of the County Party Committee, the County Women's Federation, the County Culture and Tourism Bureau, and the Library participated in the event.
During the activity, the children recited the classic "Analects" of Chinese culture through solitaire recitation, parent-child recitation and other ways, and personally felt the beauty of language, rhythm and realm of the classics. Among them, the parent-child recitation of the Analects not only enabled the children to better understand the excellent traditional Chinese culture, but also shortened the distance between parents and children. The participating leaders also distributed gifts to the children on the spot.
Through this classic recitation activity, the excellent traditional Chinese culture has been inherited and promoted, the awareness of reading has been enhanced, and the enthusiasm for reading has been stimulated.
