"Lei Feng Vigilante" is an innovative measure for Wangcheng District to explore grassroots social governance and adhere to and develop the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era. Since its establishment in 2019, the team has widely mobilized volunteers such as security guards, building chiefs, public security activists, and new business practitioners to join, and has now developed more than 4,000 vigilante members. At present, the Mini Program has built a three-level vigilante team structure of "vigilante brigade, vigilante squadron, and vigilante workstation", and developed eight work modules of "patrol prevention and control, maintenance of order, school security, contradiction joint investigation, clue collection, hidden danger discovery, rule of law publicity, and helping to solve difficulties", and implemented integral management and grade evaluation for "Lei Feng vigilantes".
