Sanli'an Community Learning Center was awarded the 2023 National Township (Street) Community School Typical Case.
According to the relevant requirements, the Ministry of Education has launched the promotion of typical cases of county-level community learning centers and community education brand courses, with the aim of strengthening the construction of county-level community learning centers, continuously promoting the construction of community learning centers, establishing an open and sharing mechanism for high-quality learning resources, and providing residents with intelligent, flexible, inclusive sharing, fair and accessible lifelong learning support services.
Founded in 2009, Sanli'an Community Learning Center is located in Xiyuan New Village, with a usable area of 600 square meters, and has set up office and teaching rooms such as book reading rooms, digital reading rooms, sports and fitness rooms, as well as cultural and sports venues such as table tennis and fitness to meet the learning, fitness and entertainment needs of residents.

In the construction of the community education team, the community learning center attracts professionals to participate in community education through the full-time system, the appointment system, the recruitment system, the employment system and the voluntary system, and has set up three teams of full-time community education workers, part-time teachers and volunteers, including 4 full-time teachers, 10 part-time teachers and more than 60 volunteers.
The Sanli'an Community Learning Center carries out flower arrangement activities to enrich the amateur cultural life of women in the district.
In terms of training services, more than 10 training sessions are carried out every year for the elderly, teenagers, community practitioners and other groups in the community. "We have also set up a group of community cultural education lecturers, focusing on patriotic education, traditional culture education and other themes, and have successively carried out activities such as 'World Book Day Activities' and 'Youth Mental Health Lectures'. The person in charge of the community learning center said. Since 2016, the lifelong education work carried out by Sanli'an Community Learning Center has won a total of 37 honors in municipal community education.
Sanli'an Community Learning Center and Hefei Blue Sky Rescue Team carried out drowning prevention safety rescue drills.
In recent years, with the community education tenet of "educating a child, influencing a family, driving a community, and promoting the whole society", the community learning center has given full play to the community's "four-and-a-half classroom" and "parent school" and other education bases, carried out a variety of social practice and family education activities, and formed a lifelong learning system of "education synchronization and resource sharing".
