In this case, in order to gain the victim's trust, Wang Shan not only used the P-map software to make false evidence, but also used the "QR code editor" software to generate the victim's information, and hired two men to go to the victim's store to pretend to record information and take photos by looking for part-time jobs, so as to further confuse the victim and achieve the purpose of defrauding the victim.
On April 12, Wang Shan was escorted to the Sanping Reclamation District Public Security Bureau. After the interpretation of the law, he returned the 27,000 yuan obtained by fraud.
At the same time, the police plan to contact the public security organs in Wang Shan's hometown to assist his family in applying for the subsistence allowance and provide necessary living assistance for his family.
