At about 20 on April 17, Zhang Cunsong, an instructor at the Kowloon Police Station, and others saw a big tree lying in the middle of the road on the cement road leading to the Sanyi Community of Jiulong Street after being blown down by the wind, which was a great road traffic safety hazard. In order to prevent the occurrence of road traffic accidents, Zhang Cunsong and others immediately got out of the car, moved the big tree to the side of the road, and cleaned up the remaining branches, after more than 10 minutes of cleaning, all the branches broken on the road were all cleared, and the road traffic returned to normal.
