Zhang Wei: The first difficulty is to solve the problem of management awareness and management habits. What value can the integrated logistics system create for different steel mills? How to solve the changes brought about by integration, such as the division of responsibilities and the change of personnel. And the different levels of development of steel mills lead to different perspectives on the problem. In the past, everyone's concepts and consciousness were not uniform, so we had to solve this problem.

The second problem is the management model, China's iron and steel enterprises do not have a set of standard management, the management mode of each steel mill is different, the leadership unit is different, the leadership style is even different, and a unified management model is needed. The third question is how to reflect the value of integration.
