On April 16, in the drying fields of the companies of the 75th Regiment, migrant women from local towns and villages were in full swing to cut potatoes.
The 75th Regiment is located in the Zhaosu area, with 101,000 acres of cultivated land, mainly planting wheat, potatoes, astragalus, flax and other crops. The regiment borders Chahan Wusu Township, Karasu Township, Xiata Township and other surrounding townships in Zhaosu County. The soldiers and the masses drank the same river water, defended one side of the land together, and forged a deep friendship in the process of common prosperity, maintaining social stability, and building the frontier. During the busy farming season, women from the surrounding towns and villages of the 75 th Regiment spontaneously set up an "agricultural labor team" to come to the regiment to support agricultural production, and they could earn 150 to 200 yuan a day in labor fees, which not only alleviated the problem of labor shortage in the regimental field, but also allowed them to increase their income in a diversified way.

Zhao Xiaoying, from Tashbulak Village, Chahan Wusu Mongolian Township, Zhaosu County, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, forms a labor team with her relatives and friends every year to support farmers in the 75th Regiment.
"Recently, more than 20 sisters from our village came to cut potato seeds together to earn some pocket money to support their family. Zhao Xiaoying said.

In recent years, with the expansion of the planting area of the 75th regiment's special crops year by year, the demand for labor has surged, and the workers of the regiment farm and the villagers of all ethnic groups in the surrounding villages and towns have participated in spring plowing and spring sowing production, field management, and three-autumn production, which has effectively promoted the agricultural production of the regiment. According to incomplete statistics, nearly 500 local township villagers come to support farmers every day during the spring plowing and spring sowing production period.
