Guangfulin Street
On April 22nd, the "Reading Changes Life" - "World Book Day" theme activity and the inauguration ceremony of the Guangfulin Reading Promotion Alliance were held in the street library, which is also one of the important projects of the comprehensive culture of the 4th Street Culture and Art Festival.
Book recommendations are the highlight of the event. The event invited Zhu Weimin, a veteran soldier of the railway soldiers, Zhou Mingjun, president of the Shanghai Huating Poetry Society, and Chang Yong, executive director of the Shanghai Songjiang Humanities Creation Research Institute, as the "Good Book Recommendation Officer", respectively, to bring three books: "The Shanghai Soldier in the Railway Soldier", "A Flower Between You and Me", and "Songjiang Humanities Dictionary", and introduced the content of the books and the stories behind the creation in the interview.

Recently, the community residents of Yueyang Street met to come to the scene of the "Taste the Books and Leave Endless Fragrance" recitation flash mob activity, "traveling" to the era when the poems were written to read and share the classics, and "sound immersive" to taste the fragrance of books.
Choose a favorite poem or text on the spot, inscribe it on the fan surface by volunteers who are good at calligraphy, and then change into costumes corresponding to the situation to recite the classics in front of the theme background, share your favorite poems and words with everyone, and talk about the opportunity and heart of your heartstrings when you meet them...... At the flash mob event, citizens who love reading enthusiastically participated in the immersive taste of books through this form full of rituals.
In addition to the "sound immersive" costume reading flash mob, at the "Scholarly Culture Month" in April, Yueyang Street also relied on the "Reading + Yueyang" national reading brand to hold a series of activities such as "Hanmo Expressing Children's Hearts, Building Dreams and Creating the Future" Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, "Little Joy Reading +" Parent-Child Reading, and "Feeling New Ideas and Leading a New Journey" Youth Reading, and launched the "You Choose Books, I Pay" book recommendation activity, so that more Yueyang residents can participate in national reading and build a "City of Reading" with a fragrant book.

This afternoon, Jiuliting Street held a World Book Day and "Eliminating Pornography and Fighting Illegal Publications" theme activity in Jiuliting Park.
The awarding ceremony of the special book reading point of Jiuliting Street was held on the spot, and a number of merchants such as Jiuting Store, Hug Coffee, and Jiuliting Self-study Room, which are widely loved by residents in the jurisdiction, were awarded. Hug Bao Coffee Shop is a reading space full of books and coffee, with more than 1,000 picture books for parents and young children, as well as picture books about coffee. "In the future, we will work together with the city to create a quiet and comfortable reading environment and a space where ideas can be sparked. Store manager Zhong Wanping said.
The initiator of the Little Snail Parent-Child Reading Club from Tingyi Residential Area shared the promotion of parent-child reading in the community and the creation of the Little Snail Parent-Child Reading Club, advocating that everyone explore the mystery of reading together and feel the joy brought by reading. Donghua University
On April 22, the "Wenqi Book Club" reading club of Donghua University was established, which is also one of the series of reading day activities held by the school with the theme of "Huazhang Enlightenment, Joyful Reading and Nourishing the Heart".
At the event, teacher Wu Jing brought a lecture entitled "The History, Present and Future of Reading", and the student representatives recited excerpts from famous works such as "Reading Miscellaneous", "On Reading" and "Poetry and Wine in the Youth". The "Wenqi Bookstore Book Drifting Project" was launched at the same time, and readers can bring idle books to the "Book Drifting Station", write book messages and exchange their favorite books.
Previously, the school also held a reading sharing meeting on the shore of Jingyue Lake on the Songjiang campus, which took the form of teachers and students reading together, and invited experts, scholars and reading experts to share their insights to help readers better understand and appreciate the connotation of books.
The "Chinese Modernization" theme book fair was also held at the Songjiang Campus Library on April 19. The Book Fair focuses on Chinese-style modernization, leading readers to intuitively experience the innovative breakthroughs of the Communist Party of China in successfully promoting and expanding Chinese-style modernization. "Awakening and Transcendence", "From an Ancient Civilization to a Cultural Power" and many other masterpieces brought a spiritual and cultural feast to teachers and students.
