Just this afternoon, AITO Automobile held a press conference to officially release the new Wenjie M5.
According to reports, the new Wenjie M5 has launched a total of 3 models, with a price range of 249,800-279,800 yuan.
As a facelifted model, the new car has been slightly optimized in terms of appearance and other aspects, and has been upgraded for vehicle configuration and intelligent driving system, and the new car will be delivered on May 15.
The official also gave the right to buy a car: immediately make a decision to enjoy the optional rights and interests worth 37,000 yuan, including a cash discount of 3,000 yuan, an optional fund of 12,000 yuan, an equal deduction coupon of 20,000 yuan for the urban intelligent driving package, and a front windshield heat insulation film worth 2,000 yuan after picking up the car. Interests expire on May 31.
In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4785×1930×1625mm, and the passenger space is 2779mm.
In terms of appearance, the new car has made some changes, the new car adopts a closed front design, the two sides of the headlight cluster are equipped with L-shaped daytime running light clusters, the front bumper is equipped with a longitudinal layout of ventilation openings, and the middle is a heat dissipation opening. The new car will be painted in Tahitian Grey and Metropolitan Red, as well as RS versions, with some minor changes.
On the side, the overall lines of the new car are sleek and equipped with hidden door handles to reduce wind resistance. The new car will be available with 19-inch and 20-inch wheels, as well as RS-exclusive black twin five-spoke wheels with red brake calipers inside the rims.
The 20-inch wheels are fitted with Pirelli P ZERO performance tyres, while the 19-inch wheels are fitted with low-rolling resistance silent tyres.
The new car is also equipped with lidar as standard on the roof, which means that the whole system is equipped with high-end intelligent driving as standard.
At the rear, the new car still adopts a through-type taillight cluster design, with the AITO letters in the middle directly blackened, and is equipped with a large-size spoiler.
The interior has not changed much, and the new car still uses a full LCD instrument cluster with a two-spoke multi-function steering wheel, while the Shuyun seats are equipped to greatly improve the ride comfort in the car. The new car will also be equipped with a new generation of Kirin 990B car computer chip with higher computing power, equipped with the HarmonyOS cockpit 4.0 system, and equipped with light, shadow and acoustic AI intelligent body "ring scattering", integrated with Huawei SOUND audio system.
In other features, the new car also comes with electric sun blinds, double-layer laminated silent glass, Shuyun soft headrests and three interior colors.
In terms of power, the new M5 still has two power options: extended range and pure electric. Among them, the extended range version is equipped with a 1.5T range extender.
The rear-wheel drive version has a maximum motor power of 200 kW and a maximum torque of 360 Nm, while the four-wheel drive dual-motor model has a combined power of 365 kW and a maximum torque of 675 Nm.
In terms of battery pack, it will be equipped with a 42 kWh ternary lithium battery, with a comprehensive range of 1,440 km for the rear-wheel drive version and 255 km for pure electric vehicles, and a comprehensive range of 1,275 km for the all-wheel drive version and 230 km for pure electric vehicles. The all-electric variant is equipped with a single rear motor with an 83 kWh battery pack and a CLTC range of 602 km.
