Notice of traffic control at the Baihe Bridgehead in Gaojiakan Village
At present, the road surface of the S221 highway from Wulangping to Heiheba in Luoyang County is seriously damaged, which affects the safe travel of people along the route. It is decided to repair the road surface of this section, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 39 and Article 40 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, it is decided to implement traffic control on the road from Tangjiagou Qiaotou to Baihe Qiaotou in Gaojiakan Village, Wuhei Road, Luoyang County, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Control road sections and time arrangements
Road control section: S221 Tangjiagou Bridgehead, Wuhei Road, Luoyang County to Baihe Bridgehead, Gaojiakan Village.
Road control hours: from 12 o'clock on April 22, 2024 to 12 o'clock on May 21, 2024.
Second, the roundabout line arrangement
During the road control period, the detour route is the ten-day high-speed, Mianxian Chazhang Road, and the bypass method is used to solve the problem of traffic obstruction in the interval, and the specific line detour plan is: Wulangping toll station connection line exit→ ten-day high-speed → tea shop toll station exit→ tea shop → Mianxian Chazhang Road→ slightly Mianjie → Heihe Dam.
3. Vehicle traffic management during the control period
In order to ensure the safety of the masses during the road control period, medium-sized and large vehicles are prohibited from passing, and small and below vehicles strictly obey the command of the traffic commander at the construction site and observe the traffic.
4. Precautions
In order to ensure the safety of people's lives and property and the smooth progress of the project, during the construction period, please actively cooperate with the masses, plan the travel route in advance, consciously obey the command of the on-site management personnel, and drive in accordance with the highway signs and signs at the Wulangping toll station connection line and the Heihe Dam, and it is strictly forbidden for freight vehicles to pass without authorization. The project construction unit should conscientiously organize and implement the project to ensure safe and civilized construction.
