This court holds that the defendant Sheng secretly stole other people's property for the purpose of illegal possession, and the amount was relatively large, and his conduct constituted the crime of theft. Accordingly, the above verdict was rendered on the basis of the nature of the crime, the circumstances of the crime, and the degree of harm to society.
