In February this year, the Ministry of Construction of the Management Committee of Qingdao High-tech Industrial Development Zone issued a competitive consultation announcement on Guangbo Road Primary School (Survey and Mapping) in the High-tech Zone, it is understood that the budget of the project is 950,000 yuan, and the contract amount is 936,000 yuan after one month by the Qingdao Institute of Survey and Mapping.
Survey and mapping includes: geotechnical engineering survey, surveying and mapping (including but not limited to area engineering drawings, comprehensive pipeline detection, demarcation engineering drawings (including parcel boundary maps), batch relationship maps, cadastral surveying and mapping and storage, control surveying and deformation surveying (second-class level surveying), earthwork surveying and mapping, point lofting, UAV photogrammetry, 3D model construction, sunshine analysis, building lofting, project completion surveying and mapping, real estate surveying and mapping and civil air defense area surveying and mapping and related follow-up services.

In addition to the survey work, the earthwork finishing project of Guangbo Road Primary School will also be started. Prior to this, the design unit of Guangbo Road Primary School was determined, and it was designed by Qingdao Beiyang Architectural Design Co., Ltd.
It is understood that the Guangbo Road project of the High-tech Zone covers an area of about 36,200 square meters, with a total construction area of 27,003 square meters, including an above-ground construction area of about 19,603 square meters and an underground construction area of about 7,400 square meters, with a school scale of 36 classes and an estimated investment of about 243 million yuan. The construction content mainly includes teaching buildings, gymnasiums, canteens, lecture halls, underground parking lots and equipment rooms, etc., and supporting the construction of outdoor sports venues, road squares, landscape greening, pipe networks and other projects. The specific area is subject to the planning approval.

2. The Affiliated School of Rehabilitation University will launch the survey and design bidding
On April 22, Qingdao bidding network released the bidding plan for the affiliated school of Rehabilitation University (survey and mapping) and (design), and planned to officially release the bidding announcement in late May, and the bidding unit is the Ministry of Construction of Qingdao High-tech Zone.

Design Work:
It includes engineering scheme design, preliminary design, construction drawing design and other stages. The specific contents include but are not limited to: architecture, structure, water supply and drainage, strong electricity, HVAC, curtain wall, steel structure, prefabricated type, fine decoration, municipal (pipeline comprehensive), landscape, fire protection, civil air defense, gas, electricity, budget estimation and detailed design of various specialties.
It is understood that the project of the affiliated school of Rehabilitation University covers an area of about 48,440 square meters, with a total construction area of 40,782 square meters, including 30,782 square meters of above-ground construction area and 10,000 square meters of underground construction area, and the project has a school scale of 45 classes for nine years, with an estimated investment of about 397 million yuan. The construction content mainly includes teaching complex, wind and rain playground, lecture hall, canteen, underground garage and equipment room, etc., supporting the construction of outdoor sports venues, road squares, landscape greening, pipe network and other projects.
There is no doubt that the affiliated school of Rehabilitation University will not only enroll the children of the faculty and staff of the Rehabilitation University, but also the children of doctors, Guoxin Xidi Mei'an and other communities, etc., after being put into use, this school may become another top school in the high-tech zone, high-quality education is blooming everywhere in the high-tech zone, and the children of the owners and office workers in the high-tech zone have new choices for school.
