(5) Physical examination

Shenzhen Luoling Education Group will determine the list of shortlisted physical examination personnel according to the order of the applicants' interview scores from high to low; if the interview scores are the same, the expert group will finally evaluate and decide the personnel to be hired, and the announcement will be made online through the Luohu government within 5 working days after the interview.

Those who pass the interview should bring their ID cards, physical examination forms and a recent one-inch full-front bareheaded color photo to participate in the physical examination on time. Those who do not attend the physical examination on time will be deemed to have given up automatically. The physical examination time and hospital will be notified separately by Shenzhen Luoling Education Group. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Physical Examination Standards for Applicants for Teacher Qualifications in Guangdong Province (Revised in 2013), and the industry shall follow its provisions if there are other provisions.

(6) Investigation

The proposed personnel who have passed the physical examination will be jointly inspected by the Shenzhen Luohu District Education Bureau and Luoling Education Group, including qualification review and job suitability assessment. (9) Probationary period

Public institutions shall agree on a probationary period with the newly hired personnel, and make it clear in the employment contract that the probationary period shall generally not exceed 3 months, and may be extended in special circumstances, but shall not exceed 6 months at most; where the newly hired personnel are employed for the first time and have signed an employment contract with the public institution for more than 3 years, the probationary period shall be 12 months.
