In order to further improve the effectiveness of the project, we need to start experimenting with some new methods or tools:
- Introduce automated testing: Introduce more automated testing tools in the development process to improve software quality and development efficiency.
- Data analytics applications: Leverage data analytics tools to analyze user behavior and feedback more deeply to optimize product features with greater precision.

Finally, we need to identify and stop those practices that are ineffective or inefficient:

- Frequent changes to requirements: While agile development allows for changes in requirements, frequent changes can lead to confusion and inefficiency in the team. In the future, demand management should be strengthened to ensure that changes are carried out in an orderly manner.
Through the application of the above KISS review method, we not only summarized the successful experience of the project, but also identified the room for improvement and new directions for experimentation, and also identified the inefficient practices that need to be stopped. This review process helps us to continuously improve efficiency and quality in future projects and to continuously optimize our workflows.
