Recently, the No. 2 ship of the 37,000-ton Dahu-type bulk carrier built by China Shipbuilding Dalian Shipbuilding Mountain Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was named and delivered, the No. 8 ship of the 7,100-TEU container ship and the No. 3 ship of the 65,000-ton bulk carrier No. 3 were launched, and the No. 4 ship of the 37,000-ton Dahu-type bulk carrier was laid at the bottom.
Named delivery
The 37,000-dwt Great Lakes bulk carrier No. 2 is a special vessel mainly engaged in bulk cargo transportation in the Great Lakes region at the junction of the United States and Canada. The total length of the ship is about 199.99 meters, the width is 23.7 meters, the depth is 15.6 meters, the design draft is 10.7 meters, the structural draft is 11.3 meters, equipped with shaft generator, torque conversion propeller and SCR nitrogen oxide emission purification system, the ship uses conventional fuel, the design speed is 13 knots, the main engine and main generator meet the International Maritime Organization Tier III emission standards and EEDI Phase III standards, its handling performance, economic performance, The energy saving and environmental protection performance are better than those of the same type of ships, and it has strong market competitiveness, and has entered the LR classification society.
Two boats were launched
The construction level in the No. 8 dock of the 7100TEU container ship has been further improved, and the gondola test of the whole ship has been completed by 93%, reaching the highest record. Before launching, the grinding and oiling of 34 oil and water tank cabinets in the engine room were completed, and the conditions for pressurized water undocking of NO.1/2 ballast tanks were met, and the painting process was continuously moved forward. From the chamber hoisting molding to the chamber transfer, the shortest record is achieved and the ballast tank transfer time is shortened. From the end of the main engine hoisting to the 905C hoisting a total of 8 days, the trunk cable path was transferred to 5 days, and the emergency generator room and the main deck were transferred to 8 days, all of which reached the fastest level of each ship and greatly improved the closing speed.
Before the launch of the No. 3 ship of the 65,000-ton bulk carrier, the power generation motor vehicle in the dock, the power anchor chain in the dock, and the sealing and painting of the engine room were completed. When the living area is launched for the first time, the installation of non-collapsing floor furniture is completed.
A boat to the bottom
The No. 4 ship of the 37,000-ton Great Lakes bulk carrier has a total of 113 sections, and the reserve rate of sectional cross-coating, the reserve rate of transfer assembly, and the reserve rate of the total assembly after welding are in good condition. In the next step, each construction unit will aim at the completion of the construction and sprint to the launching node.
