Qiu Guoping, originally from Shandong, was born in Dandong, Liaoning Province in 1965, graduated from Shenyang Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in 1990, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, the owner of Miaoqitang, a member of the Revolutionary Party of the Kuomintang, a researcher of the Kwantung Painting Institute, and a professional painter.
