From April 17, the first batch of relocated villagers of the Zhuqiao "Urban Village" reconstruction project in Jiading Industrial Zone (North District) have taken houses one after another, and are about to move into their new homes in the spring breeze.
The first batch of housing delivery was mainly carried over by the villagers of Zhujiaqiao Village and lasted until April 24. Recently, the Shuxiang Jiayuan community has been very lively, and the delivery site is crowded. Many villagers have been looking forward to the property in the community, and they queued up in an orderly manner to enter the project department to handle various settlement and delivery procedures according to the time of appointment in advance and under the careful guidance of the staff.
After a series of rigorous data review, settlement verification and check-in, the villagers got the keys to their new homes and embarked on a new journey of life.
Villager Tai Zhihong couldn't hide her excitement, she excitedly took out her mobile phone to take pictures of the beautiful scenery outside the window, and shared: "The community environment here is really amazing, and the small garden downstairs is refreshing. I am very satisfied with my new home, and I can't wait to go through the handover procedures with my family this morning. ”
It is reported that there are 13 18-storey residential buildings in the Shuxiang Jiayuan community, with a total of 1,260 units, which are divided into three types: large, medium and small, with an area ranging from 65 to 120 square meters. The first batch of houses delivered in Zhuqiao "Urban Village" reconstruction project involved Zhujiaqiao Village, Liming Village, Wangjing Village and Baiqiang Village, and a total of 241 families received 264 new houses.
