Zhou Yujing, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee and director of the Propaganda Department of the county party committee, delivered a speech and announced the launch of the national reading series activities, and Song Juan, deputy county magistrate, presided over the launching ceremony.

At the launching ceremony, the participating leaders presented awards to 5 schools in Jingtai No. 1 Middle School that won the first "Scholarly Campus", awarded plaques to 4 "Seedling Care 2024" seedling workstations in Jingtai No. 3 Middle School, and the person in charge of the County Culture, Radio and Tourism Bureau read out the "Scholarly Reading in Jingtai" proposal. All the staff watched the exhibition of classic recitation works.
