In order to better adapt to the development, the Kongjiaying community took the opportunity of creating a fortress community to create a "one lead, two steps, three actions" working method suitable for the development of the community and led by party building. Two steps: the members of the two community committees and the community units in the district will walk synchronously, and the party building will lead through the whole process of jurisdiction management, forming a governance community of "you have me, I have you". The three actions are: the action of the two committees, the action of the registered party members, and the action of the villagers' representatives, through the joint efforts of different "forces", to promote the formation of a joint force of grassroots governance, to promote the healthy, orderly and rapid development of the community under the leadership of the party organization, to promote the urbanization process of the "village to residence" community, and to build a harmonious community of co-construction, co-governance and sharing.
"One lead" brings out an exemplary demonstration head
Over the years, the members of the two committees of the Kongjiaying community have taken a step forward, sunk down, solved all kinds of problems for the people in the jurisdiction, and helped them pass on various policies to benefit the people. There are people in the bungalow area in the jurisdiction, there are disputes, there are them, there are people who need to carry out pension certification, where there may be potential safety hazards, there are also their figures.... They use their own practical actions to strive to practice good deeds, do practical things, and be leaders loyal to the party.
The "two-step approach" has led to a new situation of joint governance
At present, there are 4 resident units in the district of Kongjiaying, namely Nanma Road Primary School, Xinhua West Street Campus, Huichun Property Management Co., Ltd., Xin Hongpeng Property Management Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Deyu Property Management Co., Ltd., through the signing of the co-residency and co-construction agreement, has basically realized the sharing of resources, the sharing of positions, the continuous increase of fresh power, and constantly improve the service functions in various fields, to promote the comprehensive development of various undertakings in the Confucian community, and to jointly carry out more than 30 volunteer service activities with different themes under the new situation of common governance, so as to further promote the precision and fine management services of the community.
The "three actions" have brought new vitality
In the daily work of the Kongjiaying community, the implementation of the two committees of the team action, the registered party member action, the villager representatives of the three different "forces" to act together, to promote the formation of grassroots governance in the jurisdiction, through the "combination of punches" way, to jointly solve the problem of low participation rate of residents, under the leadership of the party organization to enhance the community's ability to discuss and negotiate, cooperative action, this year is through the monthly residents' meeting to continue to open the channel for residents in the jurisdiction to speak freely. Gradually negotiate to solve the problems of difficult garbage classification, incomplete sanitation and cleaning of residential corridors, no place to park bicycles, and uncivilized dog breeding, and continue to promote the modernization of community governance system and governance capacity.
In the next step, the Confucian community will continue to take the leadership of party building as the starting point, provide various services for the people in the jurisdiction in a down-to-earth manner, and create a strong fortress "model" organization together!
