1. Eligibility for registration

(1) Basic conditions:

1. Citizens of the People's Republic of China;

2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system, abide by national laws and regulations, and be of good character;

3. At least 18 years old, with the physical conditions, psychological quality and work ability required to perform job duties;

4. Possess the qualifications and requirements required for the position to be recruited (see the "Other Requirements" column in the form).

(2) Persons with any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:

1. Those who have received criminal punishment or are suspected of violating the law or crime and have not yet been clarified;

3. Recruitment process

(1) Registration

1. How to register

The registration time is from April 22 to April 29, 2024, and from 8:30 to 11:00 and 14:00 to 16:30 on working days.

2. Examination fee. Those who pass the registration qualification review shall pay 100 yuan/person at the registration point, and then pay an interview fee of 100 yuan/person when entering the interview site of the interviewer (Su Fei Han [2007] No. 146). Each registration point issues a receipt for collection, and if you need a formal financial bill, you can go to the 227 office of the Police Security Office of the Jiangyin Public Security Bureau with the receipt for exchange. Applicants from families enjoying the minimum living allowance (with the minimum living allowance certificate and the minimum guarantee) and extremely poor families (with the certification materials issued by the local civil affairs department) are exempted from the registration fee.

3. Precautions for registration

(1) When registering, please read the announcement and attachments in detail.

(2) Applicants must truthfully fill in the "2024 Jiangyin Municipal Public Security Bureau Recruitment Police Auxiliary Personnel Registration Information Registration Form", which can be downloaded and printed from the website of Jiangyin Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (http://www.jiangyin.gov.cn/rsj/), and paste a recent one-inch photo of themselves without hats.

(2) Examination and employment

The examination is divided into several parts, such as written test, physical fitness test, and interview.

1. Written test

(1) The time for collecting the written test admission ticket will be notified separately, and the collection location: each registration point.

(2) The time and place of the test.

The time and place specified on the written test admission ticket shall prevail. Candidates should bring the admission ticket and the second-generation ID card within the validity period to take the test at the specified time and place, otherwise they will be automatically abandoned. Those with incomplete documents are not allowed to take the test.

The written test is a closed test, and no early submission or exit is allowed within 30 minutes of the start of the test.

(3) Written test content: administrative vocational ability test.

(4) Written test results

The full score of the written test is 100 points. Spouses and children of martyrs and people's police who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty, personnel who have served in the line of duty, and retired servicemen may add 5 points to their written test scores, and retired servicemen who have received commendations or awards for outstanding soldiers may add 5 points, and retired servicemen who have been rewarded with third-class merit or higher may add 10 points, and the cumulative number of additional points shall not exceed 20 points. Written test results (including extra points, the same below) pass line: 50 points for positions with bachelor's degree or above, college degree or above, and 40 points for positions with high school, technical secondary school, secondary vocational school and above. Those who fail to pass will be eliminated directly.

2. Physical fitness test

Candidates who pass the written test will be given a physical fitness test at a ratio of 1:3 from high to low (follow-up with the same score). The physical fitness test items include: vertical jump and long-distance running (2000 meters for iron riding and iron eagle positions, 1000 meters for men and 800 meters for women for other positions), those who fail to pass the vertical jump and touch height are eliminated on the spot, and the long-distance running test is set at 40 points to pass the score line, and those who fail to pass the physical fitness test items are eliminated on the spot; Please refer to the Physical Fitness Test Admission Ticket for details of the time and place of the Physical Fitness Test.

If the physical fitness test cannot be conducted outdoors due to uncertain factors such as bad weather, it will be replaced by an indoor program, and the replacement items and standards will be announced on site.

3. Interview

Interviews are conducted in a structured manner. Please refer to the interview admission ticket for the time and place of the interview. The results of the interview will be announced on the spot, with a full score of 100 points, and 50 points will be set as the passing score line. Those who fail to pass the interview will be eliminated directly.

4. Calculation of total scores

The overall score is on a 100-point scale. Total score = written test score ×20% + vertical jump high score ×10% + long-distance running test score ×10% + interview score ×60%.

5. Physical examination and inspection

Candidates according to the total score of each position from high to low, according to the number of hires 1:1 ratio to determine the personnel to be hired, and physical examination, inspection (if the last position has the same score, the interview score is higher, preferred; if the interview score is the same, the additional test). In addition to the relevant provisions of the application conditions in this announcement, other standards shall be implemented with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants and the Special Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The cost of the medical examination is at your own expense.

When there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified physical examination, inspection, and voluntary abandonment of candidates, among the candidates who have passed the interview, they will be filled in order according to the total score from high to low (if there is a tie in the last position, the one with the higher interview score will be preferred; if the interview score is the same, an additional test will be conducted).

6. Recruitment

After passing the interview, physical examination and inspection, the relevant employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations, and the labor contract or labor dispatch procedures shall be signed. If the person to be hired has signed a labor contract or employment agreement with the original unit, he or she shall be responsible for handling it in accordance with the relevant regulations. If the person to be hired fails to go through the recruitment formalities within the specified time due to personal reasons, the qualification for employment will be cancelled.

In accordance with the "Labor Contract Law", the probationary period system shall be implemented for the hired personnel, and if the probationary period expires and the assessment is passed, the labor contract shall continue to be performed, and if the assessment is not qualified, the labor contract shall be terminated.

The treatment of hired personnel shall be implemented in accordance with the latest professional full-time non-staff personnel funding standards of Jiangyin Municipal Organs and Institutions.

4. Precautions

1.
