Guicheng Municipal Government dispatched 36 groups of drainage emergency teams, with a total of 167 person-times, inspected 34 water-prone points, cleaned more than 200 water collection wells, and treated 6 large-scale water accumulation points (mainly Haiba Road Auxiliary Road, Hongxiao Road, Nansi Road, Haisan Road, and Qingfeng Road 2), 14 small-area water points, and 2 waterlogging points (Haisan Road and Haiba Road Auxiliary Road) were drained by strong drainage equipment.
In terms of landscaping management, Guicheng has assembled an emergency team of 60 people, 21 vehicles, and an inspection team of 110 people to inspect trees, park water bodies, mountains, and drainage. Guicheng Municipal Road and Bridge Group dispatched 6 emergency teams with a total of 60 person-times, 12 emergency repair vehicles, 51 asphalt potholes (mainly concentrated in Guilan Road, Haiba East Road, Longbiao Road, Huandao South Road and Qingfeng Road), and 6 sidewalk bricks were repaired, with a total of 500 square meters.
Guicheng Municipal Street Lamp Group dispatched 40 people, 15 operating vehicles, 8 sets of emergency equipment such as electric test batons, 5 emergency generators, and 2 small pumping operation vehicles to deal with the problem of street lighting facilities in eight areas such as Smart Park and Yingyue Lake Park, and the lights have been restored. At the same time, the power leakage of 1 high lamp on Haisan Road was handled, and the power outage treatment was carried out on some of the submerged street lamp facilities in Sanshan Forest Park, Yihai Park, Yicui Park and Yingyue Lake Park.
In addition, in terms of the safety and security of municipal projects, Guicheng actively does a good job in the management of construction sites, and during the heavy rainfall, the two construction sites under construction of the Sanlongwan Avenue Landscape Improvement Project and the East Community Garbage Station Renovation Project are notified in advance to do a good job in the risk removal and reinforcement of engineering facilities, and the construction is suspended during the heavy rain.
