In the Xinxiang train depot, Song Zhaoling, the driving attendant in the comprehensive analysis room, is no stranger to many employees. Song Zhaoling entered the road in 1983 and has been working in the driving post for more than 40 years, and has successively engaged in the work of control mobilization, brake chief, connector, shunting chief, hump attendant, joint control attendant, signal building attendant, shunting area chief, duty director and other positions, and is a real railway driving expert.
In 2017, the comprehensive analysis room of Xinxiang train depot was established, and Song Zhaoling, who has rich experience on site, became one of them and served as the person in charge of the traffic analysis platform of the whole section. From 2020 to 2023, he won the title of "Safety Meritorious Hero" of Xinxiang Railway Depot for 4 consecutive years. The railway operation position is mainly responsible for the related work of train operation, including the technical operation of the train, shunting operation, traffic flow organization, transportation planning and execution, transportation scheduling, etc. Song Zhaoling lists the full coverage of the 24-hour operation process of 30 stations (workshops) in the tube every day to achieve 100% analysis. He used recorder retrieval, video surveillance, TDCS and recording playback to supervise and inspect key positions, key periods and key operations on the spot.
On the workbench, Song Zhaoling also practiced a "listening skill". Young workers are often very curious that Song Zhaoling can hear the illegal operation by listening, and Mr. Song gave them an analogy: a certain train is for the organization of passenger boarding and landing, and it is wrong to pass the approach line to the main line, and it is necessary to confirm whether there are special circumstances when passing the train and the approach to the train stop platform. Song Zhaoling often said: "It is far from enough to know how to drive, but also to be familiar with the knowledge of passenger and freight business, otherwise you will not be able to judge the abnormal operation." The work of the railway industry requires the cooperation of various departments and positions to be completed. Song Zhaoling believes that as a railway worker, he will not be able to do his job well if he does not have a sense of time and responsibility. In his more than 40 years of working life, Song Zhaoling has never delayed his work because of anything. Every time he goes to work, he always arrives at work 30 minutes early to get ready for the shift.
What is the understanding of railway work? Song Zhaoling said: It must be to ensure safety. To do a good job of driving analysis is to be responsible for the safety of everyone. Just like the work philosophy displayed on the wall of the analysis room - never let the failure escalate into an accident, never let the accident escalate into a disaster, and never let a mistake cause lifelong regret.
