On December 24, 2018, Mr. Bai's 5-month-old child underwent nasolacrimal duct exploration surgery at Xingyuan Hospital, and went home on the same day to find that he was infected, so he started infusion treatment the next day and went through the hospitalization procedures at Xingyuan Hospital. The hospital admitted to the medical malpractice, and the two parties did not go through the judicial process
