Recently, in particular, foreign media released a set of satellite photos of a huge Chinese flying-wing fighter plane parked on an airport runway, with a wingspan twice as large as a nearby building, and what appeared to be larger than a B-21. Many people speculate that this is the Chinese H-20 bomber.
This gives us a reassurance, and it seems that the sentence that there is no technical bottleneck at the two sessions before is true.
Foreign experts have conducted some analysis of this aircraft and found that compared with the American fly-wing bomber, the Chinese model has a large sweep angle and a sweep angle. Coupled with the design of its rear wing, not only does it have an outward-facing vertical wing, but it also has a notch under the root. As for China, China has 210 H-6s, various models of H-6, H-6K, H-6J and H-6N, and some original versions of H-6. These H-6s make up eight bomber regiments with a bomber brigade. The H-6 air tanker that the mainland has changed from the H-6 may also make a cameo appearance in the position of the bomber when necessary, so that the mainland is currently to blame 230 heavy strategic bombers. Of course, it is certainly not advisable to discard it directly. The most reliable way is to increase the combat effectiveness of the H-6 through various improvements.
The most typical is the classic product of the continent, the H-6K. This improved version was unveiled as early as the Zhuhai Air Show. As the latest improvement of the H-6 family, its combat effectiveness has been greatly improved compared with the published H-6. First of all, the engine was replaced with a new turbofan engine, and the flight range and ammunition carrying completely surpassed the old version. Even because of the improvement of the power system, the designers stacked more armor on top of the H-6K, making the aircraft more robust. In addition, this bomber is equipped with a large number of advanced electronic equipment, which can launch missiles beyond visual range at a distance of six thousand kilometers. This design can be said to have reborn the H-6. There is no need to get close to the enemy, just getting close to one's own range is enough to deter the local enemy.
Of course, the most important thing is information and intelligence technology, these two technologies China is the world's top and more advanced than the Americans, and in the future, the mainland's H-6K will also install all kinds of intelligent equipment, and it is even possible to engage AI artificial intelligence on this aircraft. So that the combat efficiency of the aircraft is greatly increased.
In addition to these improvements, Continental plans to apply a stealth coating to the H-6.
It is true that there is no stealth appearance, even with a stealth coating, the effect is not so obvious, at most, the aircraft is difficult to detect when it is far away. But if combined with the above feature that the H-6K can launch missiles from a distance of 6,000 kilometers, then the effect of this layer is not so frivolous, after all, I don't need to get close to you to launch a surprise attack.
Since the H-6 can still be available now, and it can keep up with the pace of modern warfare after transformation, it still has a long way to go before it is laid off, and at least it will have to wait until the number of its juniors is large enough to take over the job of this old guy before it can consider retiring.
