A villager in Langzhuang Village, Tao Township, Beiguan, told the Beijing News that the 67-year-old beater and the 9-year-old child were two neighbors in the same alley, 20 meters apart, and that "there had been conflicts before." After the child was beaten, he was found by a passing villager, "The flesh and blood on his face were blurred, and he couldn't tell whose child it was, and later the villagers contacted the child's parents." At 14:39 on April 20, a criminal case occurred in Beiguantao Town, Guanxian County, where a boy was injured by Lang Moumou, a villager from the same village.
