On the afternoon of April 19, the No. 3 Primary School of Bincheng District held a campus anti-bullying legal education lecture with the theme of "Refuse Bullying and Walk with Goodness" in the school lecture hall. The lecture was delivered by Officer Shao Zhe of the Beizhen Police Station in Bincheng District, and all the students of the fourth grade participated.
During the lecture, Officer Shao analyzed in detail the legal definition of school bullying and its serious consequences, emphasized the legitimate rights and interests that all students should enjoy in the face of bullying, and cited real cases to let students deeply understand that bullying not only violates moral norms, but also violates the mainland's "Law on the Protection of Minors" and other laws and regulations.
In addition, Officer Shao also taught specific strategies on how to effectively prevent and respond to school bullying, encouraging students to have the courage to stand up and report and seek help when they encounter or discover bullying, and at the same time learn to handle interpersonal relationships with a rational and peaceful attitude, and actively create a harmonious, friendly and respectful campus atmosphere.
After the lecture, Zhao Ying, the counselor of the school team, said in her concluding speech that she would take the campus anti-bullying work as a normalized management task, and jointly weave a solid protective net by improving the system, strengthening education, and home-school cooperation, so as to effectively protect the physical and mental health and legitimate rights and interests of every student, so that every child can grow up happily in a safe and harmonious environment.
