How is the competition system set up and how is the event arranged?
Contest Name: "i Nansha is Youth" Guangzhou Nansha Global Tour Check-in Short Video Challenge Competition.

Target: School-based and junior college students in ordinary colleges and universities with higher education enrollment qualifications across the country, regardless of grade and major.

Format and content of the competition: The contest uses the official Douyin APP as the platform, and the contestants create themed short video works around the cultural and tourism resources of "eating, living, traveling, traveling, shopping, and entertainment" in Nansha and go to the relevant check-in points specified in the competition (mentioned below), and publish them on the Douyin platform, and the organizer organizes expert judges to review the award-winning works offline.

Participation method and process: Contestants can choose to register individually or in a team, and the maximum number of team members is not more than 5.
1. Registration stage
•Registration time: 18:00, April 18, 2024 - 24:00, May 5, 2024.
•Registration channel: Follow the official account of "Guangzhou Nansha Global Tour" and scan the QR code to fill in the registration form.
All participants must fill in the information correctly in order to receive an electronic proof of participation. The personal information filled in by the contestants must be accurate and true. If it is verified by the organizing committee to be inconsistent with the real situation, the participant will be disqualified.
2. Solicitation of works
•Call for works: 00:00 on May 15, 2024 - 14:00 on May 17, 2024.
•Content of the work: The contestant will make an original short video of no more than 90 seconds (horizontal screen or vertical screen), tell the story of Nansha around Nansha cultural and tourism resources, and complete it with subtitles, and publish the entries from 00:00 on May 15 to 14:00 on May 17 (each individual or group can only designate one Douyin account to publish the work) and upload it to the personal Douyin account, with the topic #广州南沙全游, and @广州Nansha global tour.
After the work is released, the contestant needs to send the work and electronic entry card to the official designated email address [email protected], otherwise he will not be able to participate in the selection of the work.
2. Punch-in line
•Check-in line: May 16, 2024.
In order to facilitate the contestants to go to the check-in points, the organizer plans to arrange 5 free check-in bus lines on May 16, 2024 (limited places, first-come-first-served) to pick up and drop off contestants to each check-in point at regular times. Contestants who are unable to take the special check-in bus line can take the bus from Nansha District to each check-in point for free during the competition with their participation certificate.
3. Review stage
• Judging time: the afternoon of May 18, 2024.
According to the release of the entries, the organizing committee of the competition will first conduct a compliance review and eliminate unqualified works (including release time, work duration, topic and official linkage, etc.), and secondly, for eligible works, select the top 50 shortlisted works with the highest topic playback volume to enter the on-site evaluation, and the third is to organize experts to evaluate the top 50 shortlisted works in terms of playback volume on the spot, from the number of likes, interactive evaluations, forwards, collections, as well as themes, content ideas, social benefits, picture quality, background music, Professional review of commentary subtitles and other aspects will be conducted, and scores will be given one by one.
5. Award Stage
• Award presentation time: May 19, 2024.
An offline award ceremony will be held to showcase the award-winning works and invite guests to present awards to the winners. Set up a special job fair to build a communication bridge for enterprises and outstanding college students in Nansha District, and help introduce talents in Nansha District.
According to the geographical location of Nansha, the competition will set up five main shooting routes for contestants to check in: eastern, southern, western, northern and central:

Contestants can choose any shooting route (or design their own arrangement) for shooting. There are no food check-in points for the above shooting routes, and contestants can refer to the food column published by the official account of the follow-up event to choose their own check-in points.

The award-winning works will be promoted and displayed on the official Douyin account and WeChat public account of "Guangzhou Nansha Global Tour", official media such as central, provincial, municipal, and district media, online media such as Sina, Tencent, Xiaohongshu, and their respective media channels, among which the first prize works will be recommended to mainstream media and other multi-dimensional exposure and promotion. The winners will be given priority to receive relevant employment recommendations and opportunities for the output of their achievements. 6. Other matters:
