Animation is not the same, animation can be given to the character by ourselves, a lot of small details, small emotions can be created by us, which will give us more creative pleasure, after the dubbing is completed, each character is like their own birth, dubbing is really fantastic.
Intelligence Ji: Are there any interesting things you can share with us about the creation behind the scenes?
Small serial killing: There are many interesting things, such as in the "One Man Under 3", there was a shot of Bao'er sister eating popsicles, when the dubbing director had a sudden idea, saying that if you don't buy you a popsicle, you will record it for me in the shed ~ hahaha, and then that episode will have 3 lines of I also mixed a popsicle to eat.

Intelligence Ji: I heard that the role of Feng Baobao was a big challenge for you at the beginning, because you need to speak Sichuanese, and you are from Tianjin, right?
Small serial killer: In fact, even if Bao'er sister is from Tianjin, I can't match it immediately... Because since I was a child, my mother would not let me speak the Tianjin dialect, and I would always let me speak Mandarin...
At that time, the role of Sister Bao'er knew that it was very stressful to learn a dialect that I had never spoken before, and I was afraid that it would not be a good match, because the new learning of a dialect, especially the more common dialect of Sichuanese, may be ordinary audiences can still know that it is Sichuanese, but the real Sichuan people must have heard it as soon as they listened to it.
Unfortunately, when recording the first season, our dubbing director, recording engineer, no one in the studio can speak Sichuanese, we contacted a Sichuan teacher to help us record all the lines, and then we listened to the sentence by sentence in the studio, listening to the feeling of where there is a problem, it has been repeated, a sentence to be recorded dozens of times, the first episode was recorded for more than three hours, so the first season was recorded very slowly.
Intelligence Ji: Is such a complicated preparation often encountered in dubbing work?
Small kills: Usually the preparation of voice actors has a fixed process, such as the understanding of the original work, the story content, the character personality, the characteristics of the speech, these are all homework to be done, we also have to communicate with the producer to understand the story background of the script, whether there will be a character biography, and then the story development context, these are very basic work.
In addition, there may be other realistic materials to study, such as in the recording of "That Rabbit" to resist the United States and aid Korea, the director helped me find some documentaries to watch, which have interviews with the old volunteers at that time, I need to see the personal experience of the old soldiers, what I said in person, I have to experience that year, that sense of honor, to find that feeling, and then I can find that subtle emotion in the formal dubbing, in order to more easily touch the audience's emotions.
Intelligence Ji: I can't imagine that there are so many exquisite things behind the dubbing work, so after the dubbing work is over, how do you usually evaluate the quality of a dubbing?
Small kills: There will be some evaluation indicators, such as whether the "play" is good or not, we generally call this "sense of drama", that is, whether the voice of the voice actor can fully appreciate the emotions and attitudes to be expressed in this scene, and whether the sense of play of a voice actor is a very important indicator.

In addition to emotions, another important point is the dubbing of the "sticker or not" character, "paste or not paste" face, if the audience thinks that the sound is completely said by the character on the screen, it is "paste", and vice versa is not posted. You need to capture the actor's subtle emotions, every detail of his facial expression, and you have to come up with the same amount or even more details in the voice to flesh it out.
Another particularly important point is the interaction with the opponent. The current dubbing scene is different from the recording studio in everyone's cognition, perhaps everyone thinks that all the actors are present, and when whoever speaks, they will go forward and read into the microphone, in fact, we are basically single-handed recording, one person has recorded all his lines, and it may not be until another voice actor can record him again the next day. Idolization this depends on the stage of industry development, The idol attributes of Japanese voice actors are indeed much heavier than the domestic one, and indeed can help the industry, from the obscurity of the background to let more people know, I think this is a certain promotion effect on the dubbing industry, of course, our domestic animation is still in a relatively early state, we still do a good job at the moment, do not rush to achieve better.
Intelligence Ji: There are many variety shows such as "Sound Immersion" and "See words like Faces" in terms of dubbing or recitation, can this bring impetus to the voice actor industry?
In fact, as behind-the-scenes workers, our voice actors can be paid attention to and understood by the audience, mainly because of their love for works and characters, which essentially depends on the development of the entire animation industry. For example, the Japanese animation industry is naturally ahead of us for many years, we are still in a stage of growth, whether it is the output of works or the number of audience fans, it takes a long time to accumulate, so the attention of our domestic voice actors is not as good as that of Japanese voice actors is also a very reasonable phenomenon, it is also an objective fact, I also believe that our national comics will do better and better, and then the voice actor industry will also be more attention and understanding by more anime fans.

Small serial killer: Of course, I hope that more friends who love dubbing can join the industry, I usually have some classroom videos of voice actor training, but I think we still lack a more systematic and perfect voice actor talent training mechanism.
A lot of fan audiences will ask me, I want to be a celebrity, I don't know what to do, what major should I study? Broadcast host?
