In Jiangsu, China Mobile's 5G network connects every production link in the vulcanization workshop of the semi-steel plant of General Technology Co., Ltd., and realizes high-speed upload and downlink of various production data with the help of 5G, forming an organic whole of intelligent manufacturing. Even without lighting, the production workshop can achieve 24-hour uninterrupted production, saving labor costs by 50%, increasing production efficiency by 40%, and reducing operating costs by 20%.
In Henan, China Unicom's 5G technology and AI technology form the "Sky Eye" covering all corners of the Zhengzhou Haier Water Heater Interconnection Factory, and the plant and factory data collected by the 5G camera are processed through the intelligent identification algorithm deployed on the 5G edge cloud, and quickly identify dangerous behaviors such as illegal operations, mixed traffic of people and vehicles, trespassing into the factory, and mistakenly entering the forbidden area, and the alarm equipment sends out reminders in time and takes photos for evidence. After the "Sky Eye" was put on duty, the factory's violations were reduced by 40%, and the safety accident rate was reduced by 30%, which greatly improved safety.

In the period of opportunity for the outbreak of the artificial intelligence industry, it is the general trend of the mainland to promote the "artificial intelligence +" action. According to data from the CCID Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in 2023, the enterprise adoption rate of generative AI in mainland China will reach 15%, and the market size will be about 14.4 trillion yuan. With the deep integration of artificial intelligence and manufacturing as the main line, we will coordinate the layout of general models and industry models, cultivate industry models for manufacturing scenarios, and accelerate the promotion of new industrialization empowered by artificial intelligence.
China Telecom has built a "1+N+M" Xingchen large model series product system, created a general basic large model base, covering the four major capabilities of semantics, speech, vision and multimodality, and realized open source. China Mobile has accelerated the construction of a "1+N" large-scale model system, independently developed a safe and controllable "Jiutian" series of general-purpose large models, provided "AI computing power + large model" services to thousands of industries, and built an AI product family to accelerate the transformation from "+AI" to "AI+", and provided high-level intelligent business applications around the needs of digital and intelligent transformation of production, life and governance. China Unicom launched the "China Unicom Yuanjing" large model system, adopting the "model + tool" model to solve the "last mile" problem of large models landing in real economy application scenarios.
