On April 18, Hu Mougen, a villager in Hujiayao Village, Dayao Street, was seized by the police for illegally planting 6 opium poppies at home, and this is not the first time he has planted them. On May 19, 2021, Hu Mougen was administratively fined 100 yuan by the public security organs for illegally cultivating opium poppies. Knowingly, his actions are suspected of a criminal offense. At present, criminal suspect Hu Mougen has been taken criminal compulsory measures in accordance with the law.
On April 17, during the daily inspection of the police, it was found that Xu Mouying, a villager in Nanxinglinbao Village, Dayao Street, illegally planted two rows of poppy seedlings in the vegetable garden on the north side of his house. The police eradicated and counted and seized 102 opium poppy seedlings at the scene.
