The reinforcement of the three-pile cap is evenly arranged according to the three-way plate belt, and it should be occlusively arranged.

2. The triangle enclosed by the three steel bars on the innermost side of the strip should be arranged within the column section;
3. The diameter of the longitudinal stressed steel bar of the cushion cap should not be less than 12mm, the spacing should not be greater than 200mm, and the minimum reinforcement ratio should not be less than 0.15%;
4. The shortest steel bar in the three-way reinforcement belt at the lower part of the cushion cap should meet the requirements of straight line anchorage or 90-degree bending anchorage at the end of the cushion cap;
