Shanghai, April 22, 2024 – SAIC Motor announced today that Jozef Kaban, a world-renowned automotive designer, creator of the Bugatti Veyron supercar, former chief designer of Audi exterior, and former design director of top automotive brands such as Skoda, BMW, Rolls-Royce and Volkswagen Mr. Officially joined SAIC as the Vice President of Global Design of the Design Center of SAIC Innovation Research and Development Institute, responsible for the forward-looking creativity and product design of SAIC's full-array automotive brands.

Joseph Kaban, a world-class automotive design master, graduated from the Royal College of Art in London in 1997 with a major in vehicle design, and later joined the Volkswagen Group in Germany, showing outstanding design talent. Joseph Kaban, who was only 25 years old at the time, took charge of the Bugatti Veyron supercar project and designed the exterior and interior of the new Veyron, which caused a huge sensation in the world car world and was hailed as the most talented car design genius at the beginning of the 21st century.
