Combined with the promotion of new urbanization construction, urban renewal, urban old community renovation and upgrading, to meet the needs of aging, adhere to the principle of government guidance, owner voluntary, territorial management, standardized safety, fully consider the wishes of residents, residential structural conditions, use functions, safety and economy and other factors, implement the "Foshan City Existing Residential Elevator Management Measures", the introduction of existing residential elevator installation guidelines, the implementation of "unified planning, centralized declaration, centralized joint review, batch construction" Improve the joint review mechanism, explore the establishment of a new model of joint service body and continuous installation of elevators, take the town (street) or community (area) as a unit, carry out feasibility assessment on the structural safety and spatial conditions of existing residential buildings in the jurisdiction, find out the number of buildings suitable for installation, and form a "ladder map" of Foshan; Combined with the requirements of urban planning and style control, the design style of elevator installation in the area should be unified, and the guidance of urban form and style should be strengthened, and civilized construction management should be strengthened, and the approval and acceptance of new hoistways, evacuation channels and other related structures should be strengthened, and the completion acceptance and filing mechanism should be improved, and the responsible subjects such as use management and safety maintenance should be implemented. Encourage the installation of elevators in the way of leveling the entrance to achieve barrier-free access. Specific measures to benefit the people can continue to pay attention to the supporting policies for the elevator introduced in the urban area.
Renewal of old elevators in commercial buildings
The market supervision and commerce departments shall, in accordance with the relevant safety technical specifications and standards, organize the investigation of hidden dangers or safety risk assessment of elevators in public places such as office buildings and shopping malls. According to the results of the investigation and evaluation, guide the owners of commercial elevators to determine the list of renovations, formulate the implementation plan for renovation, and update, transform or overhaul the old commercial elevators to ensure that they meet the requirements of relevant standards after updating.
