In the spring, walking into the construction site of the landmark Sinochem Building project in the start-up area of Xiong'an New Area, the tower crane was lifted and the machine roared. More than 1,000 workers are working intensively on the construction work, and every day here is a new change.
Sinochem Building is one of the first headquarters buildings of Sinochem, a state-owned enterprise, with a design structure height of 150 meters, and will become one of the tallest buildings in Xiong'an New Area after completion. On March 27, the main structure of the building was capped, one month ahead of the planned node. This building, which adopts the design concept of Baiyangdian "Golden Reed", stands in Xiong'an New Area, showing layers of clusters and jointed growth.

"Xiong'an, the 'city of the future' that carries the millennium plan and national events, is growing jointly, and is constantly leaping forward, telling the story of the ever-changing changes. Zhang Jishuo, project director of Sinochem Holding Xiongcheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., told reporters that the registered place of Sinochem Building is in the No. 001 plot of the headquarters business district of the start-up area. The reason why it is called "No. 001" is symbolic.
"In April 2022, the construction of the project will be launched, at the end of March 2023, the construction of the building will break out of 'plus or minus zero', and the construction of the building will be transferred from the underground foundation pit project to the main construction above ground, and at the end of March this year, the main structure will be capped. Zhang Jishuo said.
"In Xiong'an, every day is full of passion. When interviewed by reporters, Zhang Jishuo mentioned this sentence more than once. His "passion" comes from the historical positioning of Xiong'an New Area, but also because history is being created here every day.

In a prefabricated room next to the construction site of the Sinochem Building, Mr. Zhang's office has a list of 306 tasks for the project.
"This prefabricated house is the first building in the business district of the headquarters of the start-up area. When the project was first built in 2022, it was surrounded by endless open space. Zhang Jishuo said that in just two years, the construction of the headquarters business district of the start-up area has made significant progress, the surrounding road network is dense and criss-crossed, and several central enterprise headquarters settled in the new area are in full swing construction operations.
Now, in addition to the China Sinochem Building, the China Star Network Headquarters project is about to be completed as a whole, the China Huaneng Headquarters is undergoing curtain wall installation and interior hardcover, and the China Mineral Resources Group project has started construction, and the changes here are obvious to all.
"At the peak of construction, the building 'grows' one floor every seven days on average. Now that the main structure has been capped, the skyline of Xiong'an has been refreshed, and various operations such as curtain wall, mechanical and electrical, and decoration are being carried out at the cross. Zhang Jishuo said that in the near future, the building will be connected to the underground urban public transportation, and people can walk 200 meters to Xiong'an Intercity Station, take the Beijing-Xiongxiong Express Line for half an hour to Beijing Daxing International Airport, and one hour to Beijing Lize Business District.

In just over 7 years, a high-level modern city has broken ground, sprouted and grown. Sun Dongdong, 36, is the manager of the engineering department of the Sinochem Building project in China, and he took the initiative to become a Xiong'an builder at the beginning of the large-scale construction of the Xiong'an New Area. For more than two years, in order to facilitate on-site management, Sun Dongdong led the engineering team to eat and live in the temporary board house built by the project department, guarding the construction site day and night, even if his home is in Tianjin, only 100 kilometers away from the project department, but he can't go back once a month or two.
Like Sun Dongdong, Wang Hao, the project operations manager of Sinochem Tower, is also a "new Xiong'an person". He and his wife were college classmates, and after graduation, he followed the project all over the world, while his wife stayed in Beijing to develop. Now, Wang Hao's wife's work unit, Beijing Jiaotong University, has set up a campus in Xiong'an, and the project has started construction, and the reunion between the two will no longer be far away.
"It is the development of Xiong'an that brings us together. Behind this two-way rush is our infinite yearning for the 'city of the future'. Wang Hao said, "In the future, we will build Xiong'an together, sow dreams and harvest hope here." ”
