In order to continue to have fun in this "flower world", a crazy idea surged in Shi's mind: to use the company's money. Shi was very honest and honest in his work, so the company and customers trusted him. Shi took advantage of this trust to collect more than 90,000 yuan from 9 stores to Heng's company from January 2023 to November 2023. After squandering the money, Shi forged the merchant's signature, transferred the goods from the company's warehouse on the grounds that the customer needed alcohol, and then sold the goods to others privately, making a profit of more than 110,000 yuan.
At the beginning of July 2023, when the company reconciled the accounts, it was found that the amount of wine goods taken out by Shi from the warehouse had reached more than 210,000 yuan, so he asked Shi for the payment for the wine. After Shi said that he would definitely repay the arrears, the company asked him to make up for his mistakes, continue to work, and use his salary to repay the money. However, half a month after Shi was "good", he continued to embezzle the company's money to satisfy his personal desires. Not only that, Shi also sold his bank card to get money. In November 2023, Shi was arrested by the public security organs on suspicion of aiding cyber criminal activities and released on bail pending trial. During the period of release on bail, Shi did not take the initiative to contact the company, and also blocked all the company's contact information. On April 15, 2024, the police handling the case arrested the suspect Shi.
After interrogation, the suspect Shi truthfully confessed the facts of his crime of embezzling the company's money and goods by taking advantage of his position. At present, Shi has been taken criminal compulsory measures by the public security organs in accordance with the law, and the case is being further investigated.
