On April 22, the "Jixian Dongcheng Management Upgrade" Dongcheng District Young Talents New Quality Productivity Advanced Seminar opened. Sun Xinjun, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Zhang Jianwei, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Huang Dan, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Director of the Organization Department, Professor Li Haitao, Dean of Cheung Kong Business School, and Zhou Chunsheng, Vice Dean of the Executive Education Program and Chairman of the Education Development Foundation, attended the opening ceremony.
The holding of this senior seminar on new quality productivity for young talents is an innovative exploration to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech, focus on the development requirements of new quality productivity, and effectively improve the comprehensive ability of young talents. The seminar has three significant characteristics: First, the curriculum design is professional and systematic. Relying on the high-quality academic resources and top faculty of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, we will give full play to its experience and advantages in management education, closely follow the current economic and social development situation, focus on "practical foresight", create a problem-oriented teaching content and curriculum system, and strive to broaden the international vision of young talents and enhance the thinking of scientific and technological innovation and development. Second, the trainees have a high level and a wide range of fields. Gather young cadres at and above the department level of central units, middle-level and above young cadres of industrial groups, key state-owned enterprises, and important economic departments in the region, break through the restrictions of fields, departments and levels, and strive to gather a wider range of high-quality talents. Third, the training mode is deeply integrated and interactive. Relying on the resource advantages of the central and local governments, we will once again deepen the training methods, integrate the world's advanced management concepts into the special topics of Dongcheng, further promote the benign interaction of talents from the central and local governments, and better create a new ecology of talent development of "near and far".
Sun Xinjun delivered a speech and put forward three hopes for the trainees:
The first is to cherish the opportunity and achieve new self-improvement. Make full use of the high-quality educational resources provided by Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, learn and recharge without distractions, and truly achieve new leaps, new improvements, and new breakthroughs.
The second is to broaden our horizons and find a new path for development. Keep up with the new thinking and new concepts of teaching, focus on the field, find the right entry point for development, grasp the breakthrough point of difficult problems, grasp the innovation point of thinking, and realize the upgrading of knowledge and the breakthrough of ability innovation.
The third is to apply what we have learned and devote ourselves to the development of new practices. Taking the opportunity of research and study, we will deeply understand the scientific connotation of new quality productivity, improve the ability to respond to the new paradigm of the industry and the new challenges of management, adhere to deep learning and practice, and grow into the mainstay of various industries who dare to be the first, bravely take on heavy responsibilities, and be good at doing good work, so as to better devote ourselves to the high-quality development of the functional core area of the capital in the new era.
After the opening ceremony, the district leaders went to Oriental Plaza to investigate the layout of commercial formats and the introduction of high-quality commercial resources.
