  3. The process of galvanizing bridge: the steel surface is cleaned and put into the electroplating solution, which contains zinc oxide. The direct current is connected to the steel at the first level, and the zinc plate is connected to the electroplating solution at the first level. After the power is applied, the zinc is replaced in a molecular state to the surface of the steel. If purified with brightener, it will show cloud-like bright galvanizing.
  4. Process process of hot-dip galvanized bridge: the process and method of immersing steel or castings in molten zinc, and its appearance constitutes zinc---ferroalloy or plating and zinc---ferroalloy overlay.
  5. The hot-dip galvanized coating is thicker, and the corrosion resistance can be stronger. The cold-dip galvanized layer is brighter than the hot-dip galvanized layer, but it is thinner and the corrosion resistance is weaker.
  6. The cold galvanizing applied to the steel structure is generally not very good anti-rust effect, mainly because the amount of galvanization is not reached, and the galvanization is uneven, generally two or three years on the rust phenomenon, poor quality exposure to the wet environment for more than ten days on rust. Therefore, the cold galvanized tray is suitable for use in the drying chamber. The hot-dip galvanized tray is completed by surface galvanizing, and the corrosion resistance of this surface treatment is very strong, so it is often used in humid areas such as the seaside.
