It is understood that in this election, the candidate directors are recommended by Nangang's major shareholder Quanye Investment.
Among the new directors, there are 4 original directors, including Guo Linliang, Lin Junying, Chen Hengkuan, and Huang Jiaying.
In addition, it also includes Chen Mengxiu, the former independent director, and Zhang Jingyi, chairman of Huawei International Group.
Wu Siyi, former independent director, Wu Peijun, director of the Department of Finance and Law of Mingchuan University, and Wu Liyu, director of the Institute of Enterprise Management of National Chengchi University, were elected as new independent directors.
The above three persons serve as members of the Company's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee respectively.
The analysis pointed out that in this high-level election, the original management team of Nangang has not changed much.
It was only a symbolic transfer of power to the Lin family's faction.
In 2021, Lin Xuepu, honorary chairman of Nangang Tire, passed away suddenly, and the company's development is facing a crisis.
His friend Hou Xifeng, chairman of Guoyang Group, sent representatives to assist Nangang Tire in operation.
In February this year, all four representatives of Guoyang Group withdrew from the board of directors of Nangang Tire.
