In March 2024, I was fortunate to be transferred to the inspection team and participated in the fifth round of inspection work of the 15th county party committee. As a newcomer, I knew that this was a good opportunity to learn and improve myself, but I also felt a little lost and worried about where to start with my new job.
After more than a month of practice and exercise, under the guidance and help of the team leader and colleagues, I have a preliminary understanding of the patrol work, not only no longer confused and worried, but also full of enthusiasm and enthusiasm for the patrol work.
Awareness-raising is a prerequisite for work. This round of special inspection of the construction of the pilot area is a provincial, municipal, and county-level linkage inspection, I am deeply aware of the glorious mission of the patrol work, and also realize that I have a great responsibility, and I want to do a good job in this work, first of all, we must raise awareness from the ideology, correct the attitude, clarify the purpose of the work, and master the working methods, so as to carry out the work as soon as possible.
Learning to think is the foundation of work. As the saying goes, "if you want to do a good job, you must first sharpen your tools", for me, patrol work is a new job, and it involves a business field that I am not good at, which requires me to take learning as the primary task, only active learning and thinking, in order to carry out better work. In order to find the correct position and enter the role faster, I actively participated in the business training organized by the inspection office and the inspection team, and carefully studied the fifth round of inspections of the 15th county party committee "compilation of special inspection materials for the construction of the pilot area" and other relevant documents, which consolidated the theoretical foundation.
Careful care is the essence of work. The first task of the inspection is to find problems, so we must be careful and careful when carrying out the inspection work. In the process of inspecting a unit, the unit has both the responsibilities of the lead unit and the responsibilities of the responsible unit, involving a wide range of professional fields, which requires the identification of the "entry point" according to the functional responsibilities, obtaining key information from a large number of inspection materials, and carefully analyzing, and finally finding problems. In addition, while focusing on key issues in strict accordance with the work plan of this round of inspection, it is also necessary to compare the task list and compare them item by item to ensure that no problems are missed.
I have benefited a lot from the patrol work, and every experience I have learned is an accumulated wealth. Not only can I learn from the leaders and colleagues a rigorous and meticulous work attitude, full and high enthusiasm for work, rich and comprehensive work experience, but also can reflect on the problems existing in the work against myself, and take every step in the work more steadily.
