Recently, the list of the fifteenth batch of first-class constructor registrants in 2024 was officially released: a total of 22,838 people in this batch meet the registration conditions of first-class constructors, of which 3,378 are initially registered, 6,118 are renewed, 303 are added to the registration, and 14,039 are re-registered.
Up to now, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has announced the list of 15 batches of registered personnel for a single construction, and a total of 324721 people have passed the registration. Among them, the initial number of registrations was 81,145, accounting for 24.99%. From this set of data, it can be seen that the construction industry is eager for new forces, and it also reflects the good momentum of the industry in continuous development and growth.

Why is a first-class builder sought after by so many people?

According to the "Regulations on the Administration of Registered Constructors" (Order No. 153 of the Ministry of Construction), the "Implementation Measures for the Registration of First-class Constructors" (Jian Shi [2007] No. 101) and the "Announcement on the Relevant Provisions and Content of Administrative Licensing Matters Directly Implemented by the Ministry of Construction" (Announcement No. 278 of the Ministry of Construction), after review, Chen Jiating and other 22,838 persons who applied for the registration of first-class constructors met the registration conditions and were approved for registration. Those who have not been approved for registration can inquire about the reasons for non-registration through the "Latest Progress Inquiry" column of the government service portal of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and can print the "Notice of Refusal to Apply for the Registration of First-class Constructors" by themselves.
