In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making and deployment of the "first meeting of the new year" of the provincial party committee on the construction of "three teams", strengthen the training of high-quality workers, deepen the strategy of "strengthening the district with talents", and accelerate the construction of the team of high-skilled talents in our district, the district government decided to hold the 13th Qujiang District Staff Vocational Skills Competition after research.
(1) Competition type of work (project)
Internet marketer, drone surveying and mapping operator, welder, miller (CNC miller), enterprise human resource manager, customer service administrator, restaurant waiter, housekeeping attendant.
(2) Participants
Must be at least 16 years old and meet one of the following conditions: 1. Have a household registration (or residence permit) in the administrative area of Qujiang District, 2. Have participated in social security (including single insurance) for no less than 6 months in the administrative area of Qujiang District. Teachers and students are not included in the competition, and those who have obtained technicians before the competition are not allowed to participate in the competition of the same occupation.
(3) The time and place of the competition
The competition will be held in phases throughout the year, and the specific competition time, place arrangement and technical document announcement time of each type of work will be notified separately.
(4) Competition standards
Referring to the requirements of the "Zhejiang Vocational Skills Competition Management Measures (Trial)", organize the formulation of technical rules and technical documents, and determine the competition standards in accordance with the standards and specifications of senior workers (level 3), and appropriately increase the content of some technicians (level 2) and related new knowledge and new skills. The content of the competition is divided into two parts: theoretical knowledge and operational skills, of which the theoretical knowledge score accounts for 30% and the operational skill score accounts for 70%, and the ranking is determined by the comprehensive score. If the overall score is the same, the one with the highest score in operation skills will be given priority.
(5) Award setting
1. The total number of winners of each type of work (project) is 50% of the contestants, including 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 3 third prizes, and the rest are winners.
2. The contestants who have won the first, second and third prizes of each type of work (project) will be given cash rewards of 6,000, 4,000 and 2,000 yuan respectively.
3. For the contestants who have won the first, second and third prizes of each type of work (project) and have qualified theoretical knowledge and operational skills, in principle, the vocational skill level technician (level 2) certificate will be issued, and the new provisions of the superior shall be implemented in accordance with the new regulations. For the contestants who have won the winning award and have passed the theoretical knowledge and operational skills, they will be issued with a senior worker (level 3) certificate of vocational skill level. If there is a standard level or above for the preparation of technical documents for the competition, it will not be repeated.
4. If there are less than 20 contestants, the competition will be cancelled, and the number of technicians will be reduced if there are less than 40 contestants.
