On April 22, the Xikang High-speed Railway Qinling Taixingshan Tunnel Import to the left and right lines of the No. 1 inclined shaft constructed by Xicheng Passenger Special Shaanxi Company and constructed by China Railway Third Bureau Group Co., Ltd. were successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the full tunnel penetration.
Located in the middle and high mountains of the Qinling Mountains, the Taixingshan Tunnel of Xikang High-speed Railway is the longest first-class high-risk tunnel of the Xikang High-speed Railway, with complex geology in the tunnel, passing through 4 deep faults and 10 secondary faults, long rockburst sections, complex cross-sectional changes, long construction distance of inclined shafts, high technical requirements for ventilation and reverse slope drainage construction, and great construction difficulty, which is a key control project of the whole line.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of tunnel construction, Xicheng Passenger Dedicated Shaanxi Company guided the project department to apply the application of advanced geological forecasting, digital monitoring and measurement, blind pipe groove template for low side wall, welding bench for four-electric interface channel, V-shaped groove reserved for tunnel lining circumferential, smooth blasting of shaped tube, multi-head chiseling machine for low side wall, video surveillance of two-lined concrete pouring, lock-foot anchor pipe positioning fixture, buried waterstop and steel edge waterstop fixture, L-shaped support bar fixed two-liner grid steel frame technology, A series of advanced technologies and management methods, including penetrating grid management, not only improve the construction efficiency, but also ensure the construction safety and stable quality of the tunnel. On the premise of ensuring safety and quality, we seized the construction period to promote production, successfully completed the node tackling, and completed the breakthrough between the tunnel entrance and the No. 1 inclined shaft four months ahead of the original plan.
Xi'an to Ankang high-speed railway is an important part of the national medium and long-term railway network planning "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed rail channel in the package (silver) sea channel, Beijing-Kunming channel, the new main line is about 171 kilometers long, the design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, the line from the south end of the planned Xi'an East Railway Station, across the Chan River, through the Qinling Mountains, through Zhashui, Zhen'an, Xunyang, access to the planning of Ankang West Station, set up Xi'an East, Taihe, Zhashui West, Zhen'an West, Tongmu, Ankang West 6 stations.
After the completion and opening of the Xikang high-speed railway, the running time of the Xi'an-Ankang railway will be shortened from about 3 hours to less than 1 hour. It will greatly shorten the time and space distance between the Guanzhong urban agglomeration and the Qinba Mountains in southern Shaanxi, and improve the level of passenger and freight transportation services along the route. It is of great significance to release the transportation demand between Guanzhong and southern Shaanxi, help rural revitalization, and promote local economic development.
