On April 20, Muzhuo Town held a special deployment meeting of the village legal adviser and the deputy village head of the rule of law. Six lawyers from Zhenxiong Nanguang Law Firm and Yunnan Tongsheng Law Firm, as well as the main persons in charge of party organizations in seven villages in the town attended the meeting.
The meeting pointed out that the county judicial bureau selected legal advisers and deputy village heads for the rule of law to the grassroots villages, which is not only to implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the provincial, municipal and county party committees on party building to lead grassroots governance, but also to care and love for the grassroots.
The meeting emphasized that all villages should do a good job of communication and coordination with legal advisers, focus on key points from point to point, truly give full play to the professional advantages of legal advisers, normalize the work of rule of law publicity, legal consultation, legal services, etc., and effectively help solve the urgent and difficult problems of the masses in the rule of law. Legal advisers should especially do a good job of guiding the "old and young" in caring for and helping to resolve contradictions and disputes among the masses in accordance with the law, establish the feelings of the masses, stand firmly on the position of the masses, be close to the production, life and work of the masses, patiently receive letters and visits from the masses, warmly receive consultations from the masses, consciously establish a good image of the party and the government, and make full use of legal expertise to promote the pilot work of grassroots governance led by the party building in Muzhuo Town to achieve practical results.
At the meeting, the legal counsel signed a service agreement with each village face-to-face, and posted a public notice of service matters in each village after the meeting.
