He said that all relevant departments should carry out youth exchange work in more flexible ways, timely investigate and understand the needs of young talents in different groups and different stages of the park, and combine the "Youth Development Plan" and "Three-year Action Plan" to implement youth service work, give young talents the opportunity to try and make mistakes, and provide development space for youth entrepreneurship.
