Shanghai Smart Island Big Data Cloud Computing Center is a key investment project of Yunzhiduan Network (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, which will officially start construction in February 2023. The project covers an area of 37.85 acres, with an investment scale of about 600 million yuan and a total construction area of 40,000 square meters, including two main buildings of data center and R&D office building, which are one basement and three floors above ground, planning to build more than 3,000 6 kilowatt standard cabinets, and the power of a single cabinet can reach more than 40 kilowatts, making it one of the largest data centers in Shanghai. After the center is put into use, it will provide efficient and green computing services for the Yangtze River Delta and even the whole country, and will drive upstream and downstream industries to land in Chongming, and build the leading industrial Internet cloud computing 5G core base in Shanghai and even the Yangtze River Delta in East China.

Zhang Haidong, the general project leader of the intelligent computing center division of the cloud, introduced that the architectural style of the Shanghai Wisdom Island Big Data Cloud Computing Center fully integrates Chinese elements, Jiangnan charm and island style, and strives for the perfect integration of humanities, technology and natural aesthetics. The main building and R&D office building will be equipped with solar photovoltaic panels, an efficient refrigeration system and an intelligent operation management system, and green energy will be used for computing equipment and office lighting, so as to maximize resource utilization and minimize operation and maintenance costs, and the PUE (power utilization efficiency) value of the center far exceeds the national energy conservation standard.
It is understood that the Shanghai Smart Island Big Data Cloud Computing Center has strong computing resources, and after its completion and opening, it will focus on science and technology, finance, intelligent manufacturing and medical industries, effectively drive scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading, and attract more upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain to settle in the Dongtan Smart Island Data Industrial Park.
