The reporter of Beijing Youth Daily learned that at present, more than 200 wisteria trees have been planted in Yuyuantan Park, which are concentrated in the science square in the northwest of the park, the northeast of the Yuyuan Garden Scenic Area, the southeast Yuyuan Spring and Autumn Scenic Area and the southern Yingluo Flower Valley Scenic Area.
On April 21, a reporter from Beiqing Daily came to Yuyuantan Park, and saw in the popular science square in the northwest of the park that the wisteria edge was on the tree, the vines were knotted, connected with the trees, the breeze was blowing, and the cyan vines were swaying, like a fairy smiling in a skirt, noble and elegant. From a distance, it looks like a bunch of ripe grapes, and like a piece of purple auspicious clouds, bright like clouds, open empty and so romantic, a little careless, let you crash into a dazzling purple ocean.

It grows rapidly, has a strong winding ability, is a representative of longevity plants, has the meaning of wealth and auspiciousness, purple gas from the east, and the overall flower spike length can reach 60 to 100 cm. In recent years, in order to meet the needs of tourists for flower appreciation, Yuyuantan Park began to introduce multi-flowered wisteria in the spring of 2018 in combination with the construction plan of the scenic spot. At present, there are more than 200 wisteria trees of 15 varieties in the park, which are concentrated in the science square in the northwest of the park, the scenic area in the northeast of the scenic area, the Yuyuan Spring and Autumn Scenic Area in the southeast and the cherry blossom valley scenic spot in the south.
