Small developers' houses, generally known as small plates, I don't look at this kind of house most of the time, even if I want to buy, I will buy their existing houses with good surrounding environment, not that there are no good ones, but I have seen a lot of them in the past two years, the risk is high, and there are problems with property management.
Third, the orientation of the house is too critical
Ordinary north-south permeable houses, or south-facing houses, are considered good orientation, in addition to this, you should pay attention, I have seen pure north-facing before, lighting and ventilation are very poor, I have also seen west-facing houses, in summer that is called a hot.
But there are exceptions, such as the kind of windows on the northwest and south sides, even if the south-facing windows are smaller, the problem of west exposure will be much better, after all, it can ensure good ventilation and air flow.
Fourth, don't buy four layers
The equipment layer of the house, the waist line layer, as well as the top floor and the first floor (except for the small courtyard), I will basically not buy these houses, the first two are because of noise vibration and the problem of house area, the latter two are because of the problem of exposure and water leakage and moisture return, avoid these four floors, and the probability of stepping on the pit is much smaller.

6. There is a high-speed section outside the window

7. Houses at the junction of regions
Under normal circumstances, I will not buy a house on the edge of the city or at the junction of regional planning, most of the time there is no problem, but if there are security and management problems in the future, the house in this kind of place is a little unpleasant.
8. The surrounding environment is too important
