Zhu Chuntao, chairman and general manager of Jinghe New Town Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., Xixian New Area, introduced that the first fully automatic production line of hydrogen fuel cell stacks in the province, which was put into operation in the Qinchuangyuan Hydrogen Energy Industry Two-Chain Integration Science and Technology Innovation Zone of Jinghe New Town, has received 40 million yuan of product orders this year. The production line is jointly developed by Shaanxi Xu Hydrogen Times Technology Co., Ltd. and the team of Tao Wenquan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and professor of Xi'an Jiaotong University, which fills many gaps in the field of fuel cells in Shaanxi. Under the guidance of Qin Chuangyuan's innovation-driven platform, the Qin Chuangyuan Hydrogen Hewan Hydrogen Energy Industry Two-Chain Integration Science and Technology Innovation Zone has gathered more than 20 enterprises in various industrial chains of hydrogen energy production, storage, processing and use, and the industrial agglomeration has begun to take shape.

At present, the park has landed the first high-power hydrogen fuel cell automatic production line in the province in the era of Xu Hydrogen, the first air-cooled reactor hydrogen fuel cell automatic production line in the northwest of Shengshi Yingchuang, and the first fuel cell system assembly line in Daqin reshaping the province, transforming and cultivating the transformation projects of scientific and technological achievements of many universities such as Qin Hydrogen Yuan, Yunteng Hydrogen Core, Qin Yuantai, etc., filling many gaps in the hydrogen energy industry chain in Shaanxi.
The "hydrogen" wind blows on the banks of the Lujing River, and the all-round service of Qin Chuangyuan, Hydrogen Hewan - Hydrogen Energy Industry Two-Chain Integration Science and Technology Innovation Zone empowers the "original" power of new quality productivity. In the Qinchuang Park and Hydrogen Bay Hydrogen Energy Industry Two-Chain Integration Science and Technology Innovation Zone, the staff is working intensively. "In terms of industrial services, we have built and put into operation the first hydrogen fuel cell generic test platform in Northwest China to solve the necessary hydrogen refueling and testing environment for the R&D and production of hydrogen energy enterprises, and at the same time, we will make every effort to promote the construction of integrated hydrogen refueling stations for production, storage and refueling. Zhu Chuntao said that in terms of financial services, the park is working with a number of banks and investment institutions to jointly build a 100 million yuan hydrogen energy industry development fund to help enterprises cultivate and develop and grow.

In a production plant in Jinghe New Town, rooftop solar photovoltaic power generation equipment invested and built by Jinghe New Town New Energy Development Co., Ltd. in Xixian New Area is continuously delivering electricity to the factory below. This is the largest building photovoltaic integration project in Northwest China, and in layman's terms, the roof of the factory is solar photovoltaic panels.
"The project has an installed capacity of 34 megawatts, and adopts the model of 'self-generation and self-consumption, surplus electricity is connected to the grid', and most of the power generated by the photovoltaic power station is used for the park's own production, and the surplus electricity is sent back to the national grid. Tang Liquan, director of the market operation department of Jinghe New Town New Energy Development Co., Ltd., Xixian New District, told reporters that the project can provide 35.6 million kWh of clean electricity every year, save about 12,000 tons of standard coal, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 28,000 tons.
"What is the concept of 35.6 million kWh, which is equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 20,000 ordinary residential households. Our project has been running smoothly since it was connected to the grid last year, and has produced more than 7 million kWh of clean electricity. Tang Liquan said.

Compared with traditional photovoltaic projects, the characteristics of building photovoltaic integration are also more significant. Tang Liquan introduced that the solar photovoltaic power generation module adopts a special design and can be stepped on by people, so the operation and maintenance channel is canceled on site, which greatly improves the utilization efficiency of the roof. At the same time, the module has no frame, which can effectively reduce the dust accumulation and light spot of the module, ensure the efficiency of the project system, and the module is designed with the same life as the roof, reducing the cost of replacing the roof and the risk of water leakage in the later stage.
"We use an intelligent operation and maintenance platform, and we can use cloud terminals to achieve real-time monitoring of power generation, power generation and photovoltaic system operation, and this monitoring can also be seen on the mobile phone at any time. In addition, intelligent robots are used for daily inspection and cleaning, which ensures the safe and effective operation of the project in an all-round way. Tang Liquan said.

The photovoltaic canopy on the top can provide about 500 kWh of clean electricity for the tram a day, which can basically meet the charging needs of 15 trams according to current statistics.
"If there is not enough electricity, the electricity in the energy storage station can be immediately replenished. When the photovoltaic power generation is greater than the instantaneous charging capacity, this equipment is like a 'reservoir' to store the excess photovoltaic power, which can greatly improve the utilization efficiency of photovoltaic power generation. Hao Zhiyuan said.
It is reported that at present, Xixian New Area Jinghe New Energy Development Co., Ltd. has successively put into operation 7 charging stations and 352 charging terminals, and gradually realized regional green transportation.
