On April 19, Wang Huayao, Secretary-General of the County Customs Working Committee, Yang Bo, Mayor of Chenzhuang Town, Li Hansheng, the third-level chief clerk of the Political and Legal Committee of the County Party Committee, Qintao, Chairman of the People's Congress of Chenzhuang Town (Political and Legal Committee), Li Xiaofeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Chenzhuang Town, Xu Guoqing, Organizer of the Party Committee of Chenzhuang Town, Zhao Aixiang, Wu Xiaochun, Tian Chongqing, Wang Jianming, Zuo Kuanxiang, and the police station, judicial office, and traffic police squadron in the town went to the nine-year school of Chenzhuang Town to hold the Chenzhuang Town People's Congress Deputies into the campus and the creation of a safe campus.

Li Lei, principal of the nine-year school in Chenzhuang Town, issued a letter of appointment to the National People's Congress as a volunteer supervisor for the creation of a "safe campus".

In the fourth activity, Comrade Yang Bo, mayor of Chenzhuang Town, delivered a speech, saying that he would further strengthen coordination and linkage, combine with the actual situation of the jurisdiction, strengthen safety awareness publicity and education, focus on the campus and surrounding safety prevention and control, grasp the signs, check hidden dangers, prevent risks, and promote the construction of safety.
At the end of the activity, each class teacher organized a contract to create a safe campus, anti-bullying, anti-cult, anti-drug, I promised, I took the lead, I participated in the "1,000 signatures", and led the students to visit the "anti-bullying, anti-cult, anti-drug" law popularization propaganda in turn.
