As a key expressway project in the "14th Five-Year Plan" for comprehensive transportation development in Hubei Province, the XHTJ-1 section of Wusong Expressway from Xiantao to Honghu has a total length of about 25.294 kilometers, of which 7.285 kilometers are built by the company. After the completion of the project, it will comprehensively improve the traffic capacity of Wuhan out of the city, alleviate the traffic pressure of Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway, optimize the structure of the expressway network in Hubei Province and the backbone road network of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and promote the rapid development of the Wuhan City Circle and the Yangtze River Economic Belt.

PART 01
Wusong Expressway 1 Standard 4 Division includes 5 bridges and culverts, Malingcun Bridge is the second bridge to complete the construction of the girder, the bridge deck is 26.5 meters wide, the design length is 1590 meters, and the two-way 4 lanes. The superstructure adopts 30-meter standard span prefabricated small box girders, with a total of 424 beams, and the single beam weighs about 110 tons. The double cantilever self-balancing bridge erecting machine is adopted, and its boom can swing a small amount in the horizontal plane to better adapt to the curve bridge erection, which has the advantages of high safety, high degree of mechanization and fast construction speed.
The project continuously optimizes the construction technology of the box girder, introduces stainless steel hydraulic formwork technology, ensures the straightness of the bottom line of the beam body and the smoothness, smoothness and no air holes on the surface of the beam body, and ensures the safety and aesthetics of the bridge; The elevation of the end line makes the beam piece fall accurately on the design coordinates.

In the process of box girder prefabrication, the project team adopts intelligent tensioning construction technology, changing manual operation to intelligent mechanical automatic control, realizing accurate synchronization and improving tensioning accuracy;
The mixing station adopts the intelligent monitoring system of intelligent commercial concrete, and the on-site management personnel submit the pouring plan online, and then the laboratory personnel associate the correct construction mix ratio to start mixing concrete, the management is more standardized and orderly, all process operations are electronically traced, and the key data of each link are organically shared and interconnected, which greatly improves the construction efficiency.

The project has formulated the civilized construction management standard of "three clearances, two clearances, and one partition", implemented the daily civilized construction photo reporting mechanism to ensure that the site is cleared after the completion of the daily work, standardized the setting of various edge and hole safety protection, created safety protection standardization, and adopted stereotyped products on site to improve safety protection standards.
The project uses intelligent cloud monitoring equipment to monitor the construction quality of soft foundation cement mixing piles, and the whole process from the aspects of powder spraying, drilling speed, drilling speed, soil condition detection, etc. The construction data is recorded in an all-round way to ensure that the cement mixing pile is constructed in strict accordance with the design requirements; the pier stud adopts the dual measures of adjustable screw + cushion block to control the thickness of the reinforcement protective layer, which greatly improves the excellent rate of the bridge pier stud reinforcement protective layer, and won the 2024 Hubei Provincial Engineering Construction Excellent QC Achievement Competition Class II.
The safety and quality standardization achievements of the project won the national three categories of achievements in the construction achievement exchange of the "Quality Trustworthy Team" of engineering construction in 2023, and won the honors of Hubei Provincial Highway Safety Construction Site in 2023.
